"Your site brought back a lot
of fond memories of my work in Tokyo in the winter of 1996. By far,
the best travel information website I seen about Tokyo and Japan.
Great mixture of pictures and sounds from Tokyo. I lived in Setagaya
and commuted to Suidobashi, across from the Big Egg. From Suidobashi
I used to go on site seeing excursions down towards the Imperial Palace
and Ginza districts. As I mentioned, the pictures brought back memories
and mental images that I remember. Thank you."

"Your homepage is one of the best I have ever seen of
Japan. I have spent over 16 months in Japan both as a university student
and as a teacher and I have to say that your account of Japan is absolutely
accurate. Both of you have amazing insights and I look forward to hearing
about your future adventures."

"You have created one of the most interesting and informative
web sights that I've seen. Several months ago, my wife and I spent 2 weeks
in Japan, from Tokyo to Matsue, Hiroshima, Takamatsu, basically all over
the country. It was the most fantastic journey we've ever taken. One of
the highlights was that we were able to spend 2 days and nights in the
home of a Japanese couple in Matsue. Unforgettable!
Your pages allowed us to return to some of those sights
we visited. Thanks!"

"Hi guys, thanks for such a thorough and well organized
pictorial of your trip to Tokyo! I have been planning a trip to visit
a pen pal in the Tokyo area for some time now, and, although I have made
out a rough itinerary of the places that looked interesting to visit, and
had done my best to become prepared for the arrival and departure procedures,
I have your site to thank for giving me a step-by-step guidebook to Tokyo
and the airport. Thanks so much! I liked especially that you
guys visited and described places in a way that demonstrated that you were
just everyday people, instead of world traveling types and therefore less
approachable to the majority of us."

"My god, your site is really fan-tas-tic !!
I just don't believe my eyes. You have managed to describe
many aspects of Tokyo, Japanese life and culture within a very accessible,
easy to read website, it's a joy to check it out! I myself went to Japan
ones already, and am about to go and live there. Your site confirms many
things I already learnt about Japan, and tells me many more interesting
things. There is NO negative comment possible on your super site. Well
done !"

"Congrats. on a great source of information and very
thoughtful design.
I'm going to Tokyo this coming weekend and really learned
a lots out your site. I was sort of paranoid at first, but most of
what you guys had stated re-assured me of what I always had in mind about
Japanese, peace and kindness!"

"I have been researching for our trip to
Japan for more than 2 weeks now. Your web site is definitely one
of the best personal web site I have ever seen, with great links and clear
photos. Aside from the JNTO web site, yours is the most comprehensive
one on Tokyo! I especially liked the route maps for the ferry
and photos of lunch boxes and the computerized toilet!"
